Our favorite hotel in Chicago, staff was friendly! There was a large bathroom with hairdryers, a walk-in shower and towels. Besides, free Wi Fi worked flawlessly.

Loved how deluxe the property was. People working there are terrific. Deluxe queen room overlooks city and includes an electric kettle, coffee & tea making machines and glassware. Stopped by Kilwin's to get some coffee and treats, it's very close to the venue, recommend...
